Location is requested only when you tap "Near Me" to filter nearby trips and parcels. We do not track your location in the background. Location data is processed on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond the duration of your session. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.

KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence) and selfies are uploaded to Firebase Storage and reviewed only by authorized Kabutar administrators. Documents are used solely for identity verification and are not shared with other users or third parties except as required by Indian law. You may request deletion of your KYC documents by emailing kabutar.support@gmail.com.
Chat messages between users are stored on our servers to enable conversation history. Messages are not read by Kabutar staff unless required for dispute resolution, fraud investigation, or compliance with a valid legal order. We do not sell or share chat content with third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data in these limited circumstances:
Your full phone number is never shown to other users. We display a masked version (e.g., +91XXXXX43210) on public profiles and trip/parcel cards. Your full number is only visible to you in your own profile settings.
